The responsible for the processing of your data is the FOUNDATION FOR BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH OF THE RAMÓN Y CAJAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, hereinafter FIBioHRC, which will act as established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and in the Law of Information Society Services (LSSI), regarding the maintenance of the confidentiality and processing of personal data voluntarily provided by all users of this website.

We will resolve all your doubts, complaints, clarifications, suggestions and we are attentive to the exercise of your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of your data. To do this, you must visit the Data Protection Officer of FIBioHRC, with the postal address Ctra. In those cases where it is necessary to fill in a form and click on the submit button to make a request, the sending of the form will imply that you have been informed and have expressly granted your consent to the content of the clause attached to the said form or acceptance of the privacy policy. If you do not provide these fields, or do not mark the acceptance checkbox of the privacy policy, the sending of the information will not be allowed.
We inform you that the personal data obtained through the data collection forms of http://www.irycis.org/ will be processed by FIBioHRC for the purpose indicated in the information clause collected in each of the forms. We strongly recommend reading these informative clauses before sending personal data. Your data will not be transferred to third parties. You can freely oppose receiving such communications, without affecting our contractual, commercial and professional relationships. Your data will be kept by FIBioHRC while managing your request or until you oppose this process.
II) Contractual, professional or commercial relationship
The personal data that you provide us during your contractual, professional or commercial relationship with FIBioHRC will be treated the same in order to maintain such relationships, as well as for sending commercial communications that may be of interest to you where appropriate. You can freely oppose receiving such communications, without affecting our contractual, commercial and professional relationships. For the performance of this management, it is possible that your data is transferred to banking entities and to the Tax Administration, and whenever they are required by law or by the competent authorities. This data processing is necessary for the execution of the contract and / or for the maintenance of the contractual, professional or commercial relationship, also, the basis that legitimizes the processing of your data in order to send you commercial information is your consent. Likewise, we inform you that your data will be kept as long as these relationships are maintained and the deadlines set by the tax legislation or during the deadlines established to deal with possible claims. Your data will be deleted when the prescription deadlines set by law expires, and is only kept to attend to possible claims, or for the processing of the data in order to send you commercial communications until you oppose said treatment.
IV) Of your resume
If you have sent your CV to the postal or electronic addresses of FIBioHRC or through this website, we inform you that your data will be processed by FIBioHRC for the management of the personnel selection processes for vacant positions in the Foundation. If you give us your consent, your data may be communicated to researchers who are interested in participating in Foundation programs that you could work on if your curriculum is selected. Your data may not be communicated to any other third party, in the same way that international data transfers are not expected. This data processing is necessary for your job application and is based on the consent you give us when you send us your CV. Likewise, your consent is also the legitimate basis for the communication of your data to third-party researchers who are interested in participating in Foundation programs in which you could work if your curriculum is selected. In case of not being selected in the selection process, we will keep your curriculum vitae for a year for subsequent selection processes. After this period we will proceed to remove all your data from our information systems.
This Privacy Policy has been updated in November 2019. FIBioHRC reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy in the event that there is a change in the current legislation, jurisprudential doctrine or by its own criteria. If any changes are made to this policy, the new text will be published at this same address.
