The Ramon y Cajal Health Research Institute (IRYCIS), along with its Foundation for Biomedical Research of the Ramon y Cajal University Hospital (FIBIOHRC), in their seek of excellence, has among its principles the promotion of actions that technically and scientifically qualify all its staff, recognizing the valuable contribution of diversity and promoting the professional development of all its employees through the concepts of respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and equity, without discrimination of any kind regarding gender, age, race, religion, opinion or any other personal or social position.
